Tata Power share News; The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has cleared Tata Power Company Ltd’s. acquisition of 51% stake in North Eastern Electricity Supply Company of Odisha (NESCO Utility), the opposition guard dog said in an articulation on Friday.
Goodbye Power purchased the utility structure Grid Corporation of Odisha Ltd. in a serious offering started by the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission, the assertion said. The leeway was given on Thursday, the assertion said.
